Beans!! & Garlic!

Event Description: Presenter Emily Makrez of F-Word Farm will be here for her popular talk on beans and garlic. She says, "This class is all about my obsession with beans – how beautiful they are, how to grow them (I have grown over 60 kinds), why they are good for us and the soil, and ways to use them. I will also teach another favorite of mine to grow: garlic. Learn how to plant, harvest, cure and store them, some useful preserving tips…even how to perennialize them!"
