Comic Relief Film Lecture Series: Dirty Rotten Scoundrels

Join Siobhan on Wednesdays at 1 pm this April for a knee-slapping film series celebrating the lighter side of cinema. Each screening will be preceded by a brief lecture from film enthusiast and librarian Siobhan Egan. Free and open to all. Registration recommended. April 22 - Dirty Rotten Scoundrels Con artist Lawrence Jamieson (Michael Caine) is a longtime resident of a luxurious coastal resort, where he enjoys the fruits of his deceptions -- that is, until a competitor, Freddy Benson (Steve Martin), shows up. When the new guy's lowbrow tactics impinge on his own work, Jamieson resolves to get rid of him.
