"Turtles are okay, but they'd be better if they sparkled." If this is you, then this is your program! We will be adding sparkly gems to plastic turtles to bedazzle them in colorful ways. No experience in diamond art is required; Kat will be there to help teach you how to use the tools, and all supplies are included. Registration is required.
