Wednesday, March 11th: Haiku: “Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter… and Spring” (again) We will explore the traditional haiku and its relationship with the season; look at how to read haiku, and experiment with writing some in traditional style. Wednesday, April 15th: Mini-Fiction: Lightning and Thunder! We will discuss the Mini-Micro-Fiction as a quick and impactful literary form; read and examine a few examples and then play around with writing and workshopping some pieces. Wednesday, May 13th: Poetry: Yes, it is poetry, indeed.
