Know Your Numbers: FREE Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, & Blood Sugar Screenings with Dartmouth Health

From 12 PM - 3:30 PM, Dartmouth Health's CARES team will be at the library offering free blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar screenings. Highly trained RNs and APRNs will conduct the quick and easy screenings. A small finger-prick sample is all that's needed, and results are available in under three minutes. The CARES team will also provide education based on your results, helping you understand your cardiac health.
