The Agora

Abstract: The Agora can be thought of as an ideological, economic, and spiritual focal point or capital for the NH liberty community. Here we celebrate the freedom of trade, community building, and philosophical, spiritual, and economic development of our movement! The Agora is a private event where folks are free to voluntarily trade and barter, host workshops, presentations, listen to music, play games, or just socialize with their community. The Agora is nothing but a free environment by itself, but the vendors, teachers, and other members of the community make it into something different every month, depending on demand! Thanks to everyone who contributes, it makes our culture richer! The Agora will happen every SECOND SUNDAY going forward! So if you can’t make this one, make the next! THIS MONTH: Think of this as a community coming together to break bread much like a family would, because ultimately we are one big liberty family! Vendors are encouraged to prioritize being available to trade between 4-5PM which is now dubbed market rush hour, and there will be a new movers potluck with announcements and introductions at 5PM. You can bring your slow cooker full of ingredients and let it cook at the event as long as you clean up after yourself and prep most of it in advance so that we don’t have too much traffic in the kitchen area of the clubhouse. The dishes should be thanksgiving themed, loosely speaking. Plan amongst yourselves in the group chat. Every month after the New Movers Potluck we will come together to play a board game of the new movers choice, gather around the bonfire, or otherwise do an activity together. This will just depends on who feels like doing what at the time.
