Reduce Stress and Anxiety Workshop with Jennifer Charron
Saturday, April 11th 10:30 -12:00 Learn and experience techniques to support wellness with a specific focus on ways to reduce stress and anxiety. We will also focus on ways to help your body come out of overwhelm by calming the fight, flight, freeze response so you can remain centered and balanced even when faced with stress. You will learn simple self-care methods through guided demonstrations where you will follow along with the teacher. Handouts will be provided so you can continue to practice the techniques at home. Jennifer Charron is an advanced practitioner and teacher of The Eden Method and has been practicing the healing arts for ten years.
