🕵️♂️ Dinosaur Detectives with the Children's Museum of NH!
Grab your magnifying glasses and paleontology gear! The Children’s Museum of New Hampshire is taking hands-on play on the road and stopping right here at our library for an exciting, interactive summer adventure. In this special Dinosaur Detectives program (perfectly matching our "Unearth a Story" summer reading theme), kids will step into the shoes of real paleontologists. You'll discover fascinating fossil facts, get an up-close look at some of the museum’s incredible real fossil and replica collection, and put your science skills to the test. 🦕 What You'll Do: Unearth the Past: Learn the basics of paleontology and how scientists study creatures from millions of years ago. Touch Real History: See and examine awesome fossils and replica specimens brought straight from the museum. STEAM Craft: Design and build your very own mini dinosaur diorama to take home! 📌 Event Details Ages: Best for ages 4–12 (younger or older siblings are welcome to tag along!). Duration: 30–45 minutes of fast-paced, hands-on fun. Cost: Completely FREE for library patrons!
