A new chapter for a NH icon: public radio host and now novelist Laura Knoy

The Manchester City Library welcomes author and award-winning journalist Laura Knoy to talk about her debut novel The Shopkeeper of Alsace on Wednesday 2/3/27 at 6 PM. As a founding host of NHPR’s “The Exchange” for 25 years, Laura became a familiar voice to listeners across New England. Now she is continuing to share remarkable stories through literature and her podcast ReadLocalNH. Our Brown Bag Book Club is reading The Shopkeeper of Alsace in January, and discussing it on 1/26/27 at 12:15 PM. Come discuss the book before meeting the author herself!
