Adult Caregiver's Support Group
Tuesday, June 2, 2026
12:30 PM — 1:30 PM
Caring for a loved one can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming and isolating at times. Join us for the first session of our monthly Caregiver Support Group, a welcoming space for adults to connect, share experiences, and find encouragement among others who understand the challenges of caregiving. Whether you are caring for a parent, spouse, family member, or friend, this group offers an opportunity for conversation, support, and community in a relaxed and respectful environment. This group will meet monthly at the library. New participants are always welcome. Light refreshments will be served. Offered in partnership with Wendy Sage-Matsis, Senior Advisor at Bridges by Epoch.
