Join long time meditator Arlene Samsel on Monday, November 23 at 7 pm on Zoom for this virtual meditation workshop as she discusses the extraordinary positive effect that meditation can have on your life especially during the holidays. Meditation has been known as a healing modality. By incorporating meditation into your daily routine you will see the changes! Arlene will also present a simple, yet powerful meditation technique that can enrich one’s life on many levels and help with seasonal stress. Free and open to adults. Must register to receive the Zoom link. Arlene Samsel is uniquely qualified and experienced in meditation, public speaking, and the performing arts. She has been an elementary school teacher and has also performed publicly as a musician for many years. In addition, Arlene was director of a camp where she taught children how to meditate. She has been meditating for 25 years and has given many meditation workshops and retreats which has enabled her to speak firsthand about the crucial role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people. Arlene and her husband have raised a family of 3 children and reside in New Brighton, Minnesota.
