"Flour Hour": Sourdough Starter

In this hour long program, our resident baker Jo will teach you how to make your own sourdough starter. You will learn sourdough terminology, see all the supplies you will need to bake your own bread, and sample a sourdough baked good. This program will involve exposure to flour.
