Food Explorers: "The Humble Pie" Raspberry Cheesecake Pies

Rising Grades PreK-1 Join Food Explorers at the library for special summer reading themed cooking classes featuring The Food Group series by Jory John and Pete Oswald. In this class you’ll be making Raspberry Cheesecake Pies by layering homemade cheesecake filling on top of a homemade graham cracker crust. You’ll sweeten this recipe up with a layer of from scratch raspberry topping and homemade whipped cream. Recipe is nut free but will contain dairy and gluten. Please register each child individually. Separate registration is required for each program in this series.
