Event Description: Do you have brain fog or struggle with memory or recall? Maybe you just don’t feel as sharp as you used to. Some say declining brain health is an inevitable sign of aging, yet what if there was a natural way to keep your mind sharp and your mood elevated? Join local Herbalist, Denyne Sanville, as she explores the wonderful world of Nootropic herbs and how they are nature’s solution to healthy brain function. During this hands-on class you will try several delicious herbal remedies, and create your own Daily Focus Tea blend to take home. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to optimize their brain health naturally with the use of Nootropic herbs! Denyne Sanville is an herbalist, wife, mother and resident of Dunstable, MA. Her philosophy on health and well being centers around a holistic lifestyle of mind, body and spirit with herbalism at its core.
