He is also FEMA Train the Trainer certified for Disaster Preparedness and the FEMA course Until Help Arrives. Additionally he is an American Heart Association Basic Life Support provider and instructor and a Tactical Emergency Casualty Care teacher. Patrick Morrison - Retired Fire Chief from NJ. FEMA instructor. Certified ALERRT and Stop the bleed instructor (American College of Surgeons). Karen Scott - AEMT plus AEMT instructor. Currently the New Hampshire state coordinator for Emergency Medical Personnel training. Dave Elliott -Former Army Major, Former Nashua PD training officer and swat team leader.
