In the Flow
Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) invites you to join In the Flow, a two-hour, in-person workshop designed for tweens and the adults who support them. Led by PPNNE-trained educators, this session creates a safe, open space to explore: What to expect during puberty Understanding periods and how bodies change Building confidence in asking questions and talking openly about these topics This is a unique opportunity to learn together, strengthen communication, and take the awkwardness out of important conversations. Hosted by: Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) & Kilton Public Library Taught by: PPNNE-trained educators Format: In person, two hours Audience: Tweens and their grown-ups Cost: $0!
