Let's Talk About Money: Low-Conflict Conversations for Couples with Terry Gaspard

Thursday, October 15, 2026
6:30 PM7:30 PM

Join licensed therapist and author, Terry Gaspard MSW, LICSW, on Thursday, October 15 at 6:30 pm for an important talk about the most common source of conflict in relationships, a leading cause of separation or divorce, and the thing we are most uncomfortable talking about: MONEY. Couples often clash about spending habits, debt, and financial priorities rooted in differing beliefs and past experiences. These arguments are rarely just about money but reflect deeper fears, insecurities, and values formed in childhood. When partners see each other as opponents instead of teammates, resentment grows and tension becomes chronic. In this talk, Terry will share from her newest book, Let's Talk About Money: Low-Conflict Conversations for Couples which includes real stories of couples who overcame financial struggles by learning to communicate openly, rebuild trust, and approach money as a shared challenge and vision, ultimately strengthening both their financial health and emotional connection. Terry will have copies of her book for sale at a discount for workshop attendees. Free and open to adults. Please register below.
