Event Description: Join us for an informative and supportive discussion on menopause, led by a local physician. This program will provide an overview of the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes associated with menopause, as well as common symptoms and strategies for managing them. Attendees will learn about current treatment options, lifestyle approaches, and ways to support overall well-being during this stage of life. There will also be time for questions and open conversation in a respectful, welcoming environment.
