Thursday, December 17, 2026
6:00 PM — 7:00 PM
In Murder and Mayhem: True Crime in New Hampshire 1883-1915, veteran author and genealogist Milli Knudsen looks at the shocking history of true crime in New Hampshire. In the years from 1883 to 1915, the ways to commit crimes and the ways to investigate crime changed dramatically. Knudsen has captured fascinating stories from those years in her seventh book. Millie will talk about historical cases from her book, before transitioning into an interesting Q&A discussion regarding local cold cases. Millie said there are some interesting photos and diagrams from Manchester, so she thinks she will do a handout for participants so they have something to take home.
