Morning Yoga
Join yoga instructor Kate for a morning yoga class designed to help you decompress and unwind. This class is a great way for people of all fitness levels and abilities to build strength and flexibility. Kate's classes focus on mindful alignment, intelligent sequencing, and using the breath to help students tap into subtle energy and cultivate inner calm and ease. Wear comfy clothes you can move in and bring your own yoga mat or towel. About Kate: Kate has been teaching yoga for 16 years and holds a RYT 500-hour certification (Kripalu), two RYT 200-hour certifications (YogaWorks; Zarnay Yoga), a Yin Yoga Teaching certification (Childlight Education Company), a Chakra Yoga Teacher Training certification (Larissa Hall Carlson) and is a YACEP provider for Yoga Alliance. She has undergone further specialized training in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra (YogaNH),(YogaNH) and Prenatal Yoga (Om Births). Kate passed the YogaWorks Certification Assessment and taught and co-taught their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings for over 10 years. Formerly the owner of YogaBalance, she now works as the Business Manager and a Senior Teacher at Humble Warrior Power Yoga. Her passion is yoga philosophy and sharing ancient teachings that can help us all live more a fulfilling and joyful life. Cost: $5 per participant.
