About 7 Walker Farm 7 Walker Farm, located right here in Barrington, is dedicated to loving the unloved and healing the hurt. We rescue sick, injured, and neglected animals, bringing them to our farm where they receive the care and attention they need to recover. Once they are healthy, we work with them to support children with autism and cancer, providing meaningful one-on-one interactions and the kind of personal connection they may not find at larger farms.
