Mr. Aaron

Mr. Aaron is an award-winning multi-instrumental performer, writer, and singer, and brings his years of experience writing and performing for musical theatre into a musical program that is exciting and engaging for audiences ages 1-10 and their grownups. And when it’s time to really party, he gets the Mr. Aaron Band together! Mr. Aaron is joined by longtime collaborator and guitarist, Eric Bilodeau, the young drum wizard William Lindberg, and bass player and vocalist extraordinaire, David Shore. Together they bring the full sound of the albums to life, and create a groovy and interactive show that is a blast for all ages. You’ll hear Mr. Aaron originals, and a few funk/soul and pop covers for good measure. He’s written and released 6 albums of music for kids, written and published two children’s books, and was recently named “Best Children’s Performer” by New Hampshire Magazine. After nearly 10 years as a professional musician in New York City, Jones and his family moved to Concord, NH, to have a baby and open a recording studio. A longtime member of kindie band Karen K and the Jitterbugs, Mr. Aaron has delighted and inspired kids and families all along the east coast. When he’s not performing for kids, he makes plant music with his electronic band Bosey Joe, tours with 90’s alt-rockers Luscious Jackson, and has been seen on The Late Show with David Letterman, and VH1. Mr. Aaron holds a MFA in Musical Theatre Writing and Opera from NYU’s Tisch School of Art, and has over a decade of experience performing, teaching, and writing music for kids. Reservations Table and blanket reservations are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another available date in the 2026 season. Please Note: General Admission Donations do not include reserved seating. This is a way to make your gate donation in advance. Table reservations seat four.  Blanket reservations are placed in the blankets-only area of lawn and do not allow for chair placement. Blankets are roughly 5′ x 5′, comfortably fitting 2 adults and 1 child.  See you in the park!
