Rotunda Exhibit: The Art of Erling Saevarsson

Erling Ingi Sævarsson is an experienced illustrator, concept artist, animator, and lecturer based in New England. He holds an MFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Through his company Magma Creations, a name that honors both his Icelandic heritage and the powerful creative energy of nature, Erling collaborates with a diverse range of clients in the entertainment and advertising industries, bringing their visions to life through thoughtful design and captivating illustration. In addition to his professional practice, Erling serves as a lecturer at Tufts University, where he shares his expertise with the next generation of artists and designers. His work has been recognized in a number of prestigious publications, including Communication Arts–Illustration Annual 2007, Ballistic Publishing's d'artiste – Digital Painting, and EXPOSÉ 10.
