Spring Forage with Emily Makrez

Last year, Emily Makrez joined us with a talk on vinegar, and its many uses. She returns this year to teach us to forage. At this class, you will learn how to identify select wild edibles (e.g. mushrooms, berries, greens, or even trees) via a slideshow and in person samples to see and feel. You will see how to identify these seasonal finds and how you can then incorporate them into your food or drink!
