STEM Activity: Frozen Bubbles
Wednesday, February 17, 2027
3:30 PM — 5:00 PM
Drop in programs are for ages 10-18! Did you know that soap molecules are made of long chains of carbon and hydrogen atoms? One end of the chain is hydrophilic, meaning it “likes” to be in water. The other end “dislikes” water and is called hydrophobic. We will be making our very own ultimate bubble mixture and, weather permitting, we will be outside on the patio watching our bubbles freeze!
