Stronger Memory Meet & Greet with Granite VNA
Join Granite VNA to learn about Stronger Memory by Goodwin Living, a program designed to stimulate the brain's prefrontal cortex, which governs our ability to retrieve memories. The program encourage you to spend just 20 to 30 minutes a day reading aloud, writing, and quickly completing simple math problems. While most of the activities are done on your own each day, your facilitators invite you to check in weekly for 12 weeks. During these sessions we will discuss a topic related to brain health, talk about the program and your progress, and share your stories. The goal of Stronger Memory is to sustain the brain health of healthy, active adults - with or without a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or dementia. Come learn more about this no cost program brought to you by Granite VNA and made possible by the Community Services Fund through Concord Hospital Trust.
