The Lions' Run Book & Podcast Club

Join us for two afterschool book clubs for Sara Pennypacker's newest novel, The Lions' Run, an exciting historical fiction story that takes place in Nazi-occupied France during World War II. If you enjoy reading about brave teenagers trying to make a difference during difficult times, then you will love this book. The book club will meet after school on two Thursdays: April 16 and May 7 from 4 to 5 pm for discussion, French-themed snacks, games and as well podcast recording. Then meet Sara Pennypacker at a special library author event later in May. Recommended for kids in grades 4-6. Registration required. Limited spaces available.
