Therapeutic Journaling: A Mixed-Media Workshop
Explore self-expression and emotional wellbeing through the creative, hands-on practice of therapeutic journaling. In this group, we move beyond traditional pen-and-paper reflection to incorporate collage, magazine cut-outs, stamping, and other mixed-media techniques as tools for processing thoughts and feelings. No artistic experience is necessary — this isn't about creating a "finished product," but about using creative play to access emotion sand insights that words alone don't always reach. Participants will build personal journal pages using various materials and prompts, creating a visual record of their inner world in a supportive, low-pressure environment. This group may be a good fit for those looking to: Process emotions in a non-verbal, creative way Reduce stress and practice mindfulness through art-making Build self-awareness and reflect on personal experiences Connect with others in a relaxed, judgment-free space
