Unplug Your Senses with Pam Wockenfuss: A Very Big Fall (Ages 3-7)
Event Description: Join us for a special Sensory Story & Activity Time designed for children ages 3–7 and their caregivers! We’ll begin by reading A Very Big Fall by Emmy Kastner, a sweet and silly story about friendship, change, and one very determined leaf. Then, special guest Pam Wockenfuss will guide children in creating their very own A Very Big Fall-inspired sensory bin! Children will have plenty of time to explore and play with their creations before taking their sensory bins home to enjoy again and again. Pam is a special education paraprofessional and the founder and creator of Unplug Your Senses, where she creates themed sensory experiences inspired by children’s books. Please note: Due to the nature and size of some of the materials used in the sensory bins, this program is for children ages 3–7 and is not suitable for children under age 3. Caregivers should remain with their children throughout the program. Who Can Attend: The event is for children ages 3-7. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
