Barrington Times Digitization Project

Join us for a special presentation of the Barrington Times Digitization Project on Tuesday, August 18 at 1:30 pm. Librarian Ben Hanley will talk about the preservation project, including how it all began, the grant opportunity, working with Advantage Archives, the digitization of the bound volumes, and the online archive. Free and open to all. Registration required as space is limited. The Barrington Times Digitization Project was made possible by a LORI (Libraries of Rhode Island) Project grant offered by the Office of Library and Information Services (OLIS) as funded through its federal Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) grant under the Grants to States Program supported by the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA).
