Canning demonstration with Celeste Longacre

Come and join Celeste Longacre for a hands-on demonstration of canning. We will take some onions, tomatoes, basil, thyme, garlic and oregano and whip up a delightful mix that we will then preserve in order to save it for the future. I refer to these jars in my pantry as "summer in a jar." Everyone will get a jar to take home. Space is limited and registration is required. Questions or more information.
