Food Explorers: "The Cool Bean" Black Bean Brownie Trifles

Rising Grades 2-5 Join Food Explorers at the library for special summer reading themed cooking classes featuring The Food Group series by Jory John and Pete Oswald. In this class you’ll be making Black Bean Brownie Trifles by whipping up homemade brownie batter with a fun addition: beans! You’ll be layering these up with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Recipe is nut free but will contain dairy and eggs. This recipe is gluten free. Please register each child individually. Separate registration is required for each program in this series.
