Holistic Approach to PMS
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) affects the quality of life of many women between puberty and menopause who experience physical, emotional, and mental symptoms each month. Yet, it is often misunderstood or managed in isolation from other factors in women's lives, such as their physical and mental well being. This 90-minute workshop offers a holistic, whole-person approach to understanding PMS, looking beyond symptoms to explore the underlying patterns that influence menstrual health. We will explore how hormonal shifts affect our appetite, sleep, stress levels, and emotional well-being throughout the monthly cycle. The workshop integrates current scientific understanding with holistic principles to help you better understand your cycle and identify personal triggers that may contribute to PMS symptoms.
