Stories & STEAM

Stories & STEAM combines the wonder of picture books with the hands-on engagement, design principles, problem solving, and creativity of STEAM activities (science, technology, engineering, art, and math). This new monthly club, at a special time for homeschoolers, will explore a new story and a new, hands-on challenge each month. Participants will meet together in the Lab to read this month's story and practice the STEAM design principles: Ask, Imagine, Plan, Create and Improve, in a small group setting. Caregivers are required to stay in the library building, but we encourage children to engage with the program independently. Ages 5 - 10. Registration required.
