The Federal-style building now houses the town offices and public library, but still holds the charm of its coaching days. You can spot the careful stonework of the original tavern entrance and imagine the bustle of horses and carriages stopping here centuries ago.

Hidden in plain sight, Unity's 1831 Baptist meeting house turned town hall houses one of only 134 remaining intact Paul Revere bells from the original 398 cast at his foundry. The 1,100-pound bell weighs heavily in the restored tower and rings with a clear, unmistakable tone that echoes across the valley. Most visitors walk past without knowing they're hearing a piece of Revolutionary-era craftsmanship.

Each October, local residents transform wooded land near the elementary school into a 45-minute walk through what they call the 'haunted forest of doom.' This 4-mile trail built by Sullivan County leads to a spectacular overlook near Unity Mountain's summit that most hikers never discover.
